Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. If there is an issue with your order, please return it in new condition and in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we will service the item according to the manufacture warranty or replace it at our discretion. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.

We want your order and your experience with our company to be perfect! We understand that mistakes can happen so if you are personalizing a reel or fly box please review your information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at info@customflyreel.com  if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Cancellations to personalized orders are only accepted if the order has not been sent into production.
